Barbara Moses

Barbara Moses, assistant director, is the anchor of the MARK staff. She has served the organization for over 19 years with steadfast dedication and reliability.

Barbara, among other tasks, is responsible for complete fiscal management and oversight of all the MARK Project’s many funded projects and programs. She has and continues to be a valuable contributor to the organization.
