Billy is our housing and building rehabilitation specialist. He brings nearly 30 years of construction experience to the housing and Main Street revitalization programs that the MARK Project administers. His dedication to quality project design and preservation of our rich architectural resources make Billy and ideal fit for MARK Programs. In 2011 Billy will be trained and certified as a Lead Paint Inspector and Risk Assessor, Energy Auditor and NY State Building Inspector.
