We’re hearing from a lot of people that they are having problems with the Second Homeowners’ Survey. We are very sorry for any difficulties you may have encountered. We have figured out that the issues are with Survey Monkey, with whom the survey was put together. If you’re having trouble and would like to complete the survey, please follow this link and open a PDF version of the survey: Second Homeowners’ Survey. You should open the file, and not download it and save it, for it to have full functionality.
After you have filled it out, just click the “Submit” button at the top, and your results will be sent in to be tabulated. (The “Submit” button should be in the upper right hand corner of the document, in a separate colored band. If you use any PDF reader other than an Adobe product, please follow the instructions for Mac users below.) If, for some reason, the survey doesn’t seem to be submitted, you can print it out and mail it to us at: The MARK Project, PO Box 516, Arkville NY 12406.
Because of difficulties people are having, we’re EXTENDING THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING your responses until MAY 31, 2011.
Special Note for Mac users: If your default PDF reader is Preview, you will not have full functionality of the “Submit” feature. Either change your settings to open the file in Adobe Reader, or complete the survey in Preview and “Save As” with a new name. You can then email this file to this address: empemrick@nycap.rr.com
We are really sorry about all the aggravation this has caused some people, and we admire your persistence and thank you so much for participating and helping use gather this important information.

I followed your directions to download the pdf file but then i couldn’t fill it out online . it would have to be printed filled out and mailed to you, unless i’m not doing something right
hi, Did you receive the survey I completed? I dont believe there wasnt anything for home improvement listed. I spent $5,000 on roofing this year with a Margaretville roofer. Which actually increases my annual local expenditures to about $15,000.
Also , was there a section for hair salons? I now do all my coloring/trims in Phoenicia.
I am hoping to start a business locally when I retire within two years. I have ten years successful experience in business in Brooklyn in my field and another fifteen years experience in the school system including bilingually(Spanish.) Also intending to do volunteer work.
Is it too late to submit the survey.
the online version is no longer available, but we can send a hard copy if you’d like. Please call the office and ask for Kent 845 586 3500
