The MARK Project in coordination with the Town of Middletown and Town of Roxbury has been successful in applications to New York State for two Community Development Block Grants for owner occupied, income eligible, home repair grants. The announcement was made on behalf of Governor Cuomo, the Housing Trust Fund and the Office of Homes and Community Renewal. The municipalities of Roxbury and Middletown each received $433,650 for a total of $867,300 in funds available for home repair projects in our local communities. The MARK project will be administering both programs. “We worked very hard on both these proposals” said Peg Ellsworth, Executive Director of MARK. “and improvements to our housing stock plays an essential role in MARK’s mission.”

MARK Project, Inc. operates eight units of senior housing at 10 Church Street located in Arkville. There are apartments on both first and second stories of the building (no elevator) and residents must be 55 or older to reside here. Golden Seal, Roxbury

The Golden Seal is an anchor historic structure located at the gateway to the hamlet of Roxbury that houses 4-afforable housing rental units, owned and operated by the MARK Project.
