The MARK Project is currently renovating the Golden Seal Building in Roxbury. It is an historic anchor building at the gateway of the hamlet and accommodates four affordable housing units.
Funding for this project comes from the NY State Department of Housing and Community Renewal Rural Area Revitalization Program, administered by the MARK Project. The NYS DHCR HOME rental rehabilitation program and the Office of Community Renewal NY Main Street Program, both administered by Western Catskills Revitalization Program, NYS DHCR Weatherization Program administered by Delaware Opportunities the OConnor Foundation administered by MARK.
