Russell’s Store Strategic Capital Investment Plan
Russell’s, one of the last surviving general stores is owned by the Bovina Historical Society. The MARK Project recently engaged the community in the process of developing a strategic Capital Investment Plan to ensure this valuable historic assets remains intact for another 150 years.
