The MARK Project Inc. is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt rural development company that unites efforts and secures resources to build and revitalize our communities. For over 40 years, MARK has provided housing programs, economic development and technical assistance services to the towns of Andes, Bovina, Middletown, Roxbury and Shandaken, and the villages of Fleischmanns and Margaretville.

We work on economic development across a broad range of business and social activities to support and sustain our interconnected communities. Our goal is to improve the lives of those who live and work here and to create a welcoming destination for visitors. We help build the capacity of individuals, organizations, businesses and municipalities and provide resources to achieve their goals.
