MARK has helped Transition Catskills fund free charging stations for electric vehicles in Margaretville and Hobart. They’ve also worked with municipalities in the region to become Clean Energy Communities, using the attendant $5000 NYSERDA grant to install LED streetlights that save money and CO₂.
